Fraud Mitigation Policy
Effective Date: May 25, 2026.
FeetClub maintains a layered fraud-prevention and anti-money-laundering (AML) framework to protect buyers, creators, and our payment processors. This policy describes the controls we apply at onboarding and throughout the customer lifecycle, the behaviour we prohibit, and how we respond to suspected fraud.
1. Identity Verification & KYC — Veriff
Every creator account completes real-time identity verification and a government-issued ID check through Veriff before activation. This Know-Your-Customer (KYC) process confirms that each creator is a real, identifiable adult and is a primary control against identity fraud, account takeover, and money laundering. Age verification is performed separately via Yoti — see our Age Verification Policy.
2. Anti-Money-Laundering (AML)
KYC data collected through Veriff supports our AML obligations. FeetClub monitors for behaviour inconsistent with legitimate use and may request additional verification, restrict payouts, or suspend accounts where money laundering or other financial crime is suspected. We cooperate with our payment processors and with competent authorities in any related investigation.
3. Prohibited Conduct
The following are prohibited and treated as fraud:
- Use of stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment cards
- Identity fraud, impersonation, or use of false documents
- Unjustified or bad-faith chargebacks ("friendly fraud")
- Account takeover or unauthorised account access
- Money laundering or use of the platform to disguise funds
- Collusion between accounts to manipulate payouts, referrals, or promotions
4. Transaction Monitoring
FeetClub monitors transactions and account activity for indicators of fraud, including unusual purchase velocity, mismatched or high-risk payment details, and patterns consistent with card testing or abuse. Suspicious transactions may be declined, held for review, or refunded, and the associated account may be restricted pending investigation.
5. Chargebacks
FeetClub carefully investigates all chargebacks. Users must not make unjustified chargeback requests to their payment card provider for any transaction or tip. Excessive or potentially fraudulent chargebacks are reviewed and may result in a purchasing restriction during review. Where a chargeback request is found to be fraudulent or made in bad faith, FeetClub may suspend or terminate the user's account, including any future account that user creates. See our Chargeback Policy for details.
6. Content-Related Fraud Controls
Every upload is screened in real time by Google Cloud Vision AI and AWS Rekognition before storage, and creators are identity-verified, which together reduce the risk of fraudulent, stolen, or non-consensual content being monetised. See our Content Management Policy and Procedure.
7. Enforcement & Cooperation
Accounts involved in fraud may be suspended or permanently terminated, with funds withheld where permitted. FeetClub cooperates with its payment processors (including Segpay and CCBill), card networks, and law enforcement in the investigation and prevention of fraud.
8. Reporting
To report suspected fraud, contact [email protected]. Reports are acknowledged within 24 hours.
