Content Management Policy and Procedure

Effective Date: May 25, 2026.

FeetClub is a subscription-based platform that enables creators to monetise foot-related photo content. FeetClub is strictly a non-adult platform: nudity and sexually explicit content are categorically prohibited. This policy sets out the content standards we enforce, the automated and human moderation procedures applied to every upload, our complaint and content-removal procedures, the right of removal for depicted persons, and our transparency reporting obligations to our payment processors.

1. Platform Positioning — Non-Adult by Design

FeetClub operates outside the adult industry by design. The platform is indexable, advertisable, and bank-friendly, and its business model depends on remaining a non-adult service. Hosting adult content would be structurally contrary to FeetClub's commercial interests and is not, and will not become, an objective of the platform.

2. Prohibited Content

The following content is categorically prohibited on FeetClub, regardless of whether it is flagged by automated moderation:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) — real, implied, simulated, or animated
  • Content involving minors in any context
  • Nudity, sexually explicit, or pornographic content of any kind
  • Bestiality — real, implied, simulated, or animated
  • Rape or non-consensual sexual activity — real, implied, or simulated
  • Revenge pornography or non-consensual sharing of private imagery (NCII)
  • Deepfakes or manipulated media depicting real individuals without their consent
  • Content promoting or facilitating human trafficking, sex trafficking, or prostitution
  • Hate speech, racial slurs, or content inciting violence
  • Content depicting or glorifying drug use, weapons, or extreme violence

Any content determined to be illegal is removed immediately upon identification, without prior notice to the uploading creator. The creator's account is suspended pending investigation, and relevant incidents are reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

3. Prohibited Marketing & Search Terms

FeetClub prohibits any marketing copy, SEO metadata, paid search keywords, or social media terms that allude to:

  • Child exploitation or underage content
  • Non-consensual sexual activity
  • Illegal content of any nature
  • Content categories prohibited under Card Brand standards (Visa, Mastercard)

These restrictions apply to all owned channels including the FeetClub website, blog, email communications, paid advertising accounts, and affiliated social media profiles. Violations are treated as a material breach of platform policy.

4. Automated & Human Content Moderation

Every upload is screened in real time by two independent systems before it is stored on the platform. Both checks must pass independently before any content is admitted.

4.1 Explicit-content screening — Google Cloud Vision AI

Each image is analysed by Google Cloud Vision AI SafeSearch Detection, which scores it across five categories — adult, spoof, medical, violence, and racy — from VERY_UNLIKELY to VERY_LIKELY. FeetClub rejects any upload that scores POSSIBLE or above on any of the five categories.

4.2 Age estimation — AWS Rekognition

In parallel, each image is analysed by AWS Rekognition Face Analysis, which returns an estimated age range for every detected face. Any upload in which a detected face's estimated age range upper bound falls below 18 years is automatically and irrevocably blocked.

4.3 Procedure

  • Upload intercept. Files are received server-side before any storage write occurs.
  • Parallel screening. The image is dispatched simultaneously to Vision AI (SafeSearch) and Rekognition (age estimation).
  • Dual-pass requirement. Only uploads that clear both checks are written to storage.
  • Block. If either check fails, the upload is discarded, the creator is notified, and the attempt is logged with full metadata.
  • Human review. Borderline uploads are routed to an internal review queue, where a moderator makes the final determination before any content is published.
  • Fail-closed posture. If a moderation service is unavailable, the upload is held in a pending queue and re-evaluated once service resumes. The moderation check is never bypassed.

5. Creator Identity & Age Verification

All creators complete identity verification (government-issued ID check and AML screening via Veriff) and age verification (via Yoti) before gaining access to any monetisation features. See our Age Verification Policy and Fraud Mitigation Policy for the full procedure.

6. Complaint & Content Removal Process

Any user, third party, or authority may report content believed to be illegal, harmful, or in violation of Card Brand standards via the in-platform report function at feet.club/complaint, by email at [email protected], or by post at 58 rue de Monceau CS 48756, 75380 Paris CEDEX 08, France. All reports are acknowledged within 24 hours of receipt.

Resolution timeframes:

  • Illegal content (CSAM, NCII, trafficking) — removed immediately upon identification.
  • Content violating Card Brand standards — removed within 2 business days.
  • All other complaints — resolved within 7 business days.

Reported content is placed under internal review and temporarily restricted from public access pending the outcome. The compliance team assesses each report against platform policy and applicable law, communicates the decision to the reporter (and, where appropriate, the creator), and — if removal is confirmed — permanently deletes the content and flags or suspends the creator account. All actions are recorded in the audit log.

7. Right of Removal for Depicted Persons

Any individual who appears in content hosted on FeetClub — whether or not they are the account holder — may request removal at any time by contacting [email protected] with a description or URL of the content, confirmation of their identity and appearance in it, and the basis for the request. FeetClub acknowledges the request within 24 hours and completes the review within 7 business days. Valid requests result in permanent removal from the platform and from any cached or backed-up storage, at no charge to the requester.

8. Transparency Reporting

FeetClub submits monthly content moderation reports to its payment processors, Segpay and CCBill, no later than the 5th of each calendar month. Each report covers the prior month and includes the number of removal requests received, the number of content items removed, a summary of any illegal content identified and the actions taken, and a summary of complaints received and their resolution status. In months with no flagged content or incidents, a Nil (Zero Incident) Report is submitted by the same deadline.

9. Audit Trail

All moderation events — automated rejections (Vision AI and Rekognition), human review decisions, complaint resolutions, and removal actions — are logged to a dedicated audit table. Each record captures, at minimum, the event type, timestamp, content identifier, moderator identifier (where applicable), moderation system, and outcome. The log is retained for a minimum of 5 years and is the primary source for all transparency reports.
