Age Verification Policy

Effective Date: May 25, 2026.

FeetClub is an 18+ platform. We operate a zero-tolerance policy toward any content involving minors and toward access by minors. This policy describes how we verify the age and identity of our creators, how we verify the age of individuals depicted in content, and how we enforce these requirements.

1. Minimum Age Requirement

To register as a creator, transact, or access monetisation features on FeetClub, a person must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By using the platform, users confirm that they meet this requirement.

2. Creator Age Verification — Yoti

Every creator account must complete age verification through Yoti before gaining access to any monetisation feature. A creator who cannot be confirmed as an adult is not granted access to creator or payout functionality.

3. Creator Identity Verification & KYC — Veriff

In addition to age verification, every creator completes real-time identity verification and a government-issued ID check through Veriff prior to account activation. This Know-Your-Customer (KYC) step confirms that the creator is a real, identifiable adult and supports our anti-money-laundering and fraud-prevention obligations. See our Fraud Mitigation Policy.

4. Age Verification of Depicted Persons

Every image uploaded to FeetClub is automatically analysed by AWS Rekognition Face Analysis, which estimates the age range of each detected face. Any upload in which a detected face's estimated age range upper bound falls below 18 years is automatically and irrevocably blocked before it can be stored. Creators must hold documented age and consent confirmation for any other identifiable person depicted in their content, and must provide it on request.

5. Record Keeping

Verification records and the results of automated age checks are retained in a dedicated audit log for a minimum of 5 years, in line with our Content Management Policy and Procedure.

6. False Information & Enforcement

Users found to have provided false age or identity information may have their accounts suspended or terminated without notice. Where content involving a minor is identified, it is removed immediately, the account is suspended pending investigation, and the incident is reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

7. Reporting & Removal

To report suspected underage content or access, or to request removal of content in which you are depicted, contact [email protected] or use the form at feet.club/complaint. Reports are acknowledged within 24 hours.
