YOUR COST-BASED QUOTE
$17.00
For one complete photo set
$2.13 per photo equivalent · 8 photos
This is your planning price, not a buyer demand forecast. Fee rates are entered by you. The quote excludes unentered costs and taxes. The worksheet is free; FeetClub’s product terms apply separately.
Count the full job, from preparing the shoot to delivering the files. The hourly value is your personal planning input, not an industry wage.
Include supplies or other expenses specific to the set. Reusable equipment and general overhead need your own allocation if you want to include them.
Use the percentage that applies to your transaction. The worksheet grosses up the quote so the remainder covers the components you entered.
A 30-minute shoot at an hourly value of $20 contributes $10 of time. Add $2 in expenses and $5 in extra profit: that is $17 before a percentage fee. Enter a 10% fee and the quote becomes $18.89, rounded up to the next cent. These figures illustrate the formula; they are not suggested market prices.
WORKSHEET NOTES
Start with the work involved in that particular set: preparation, photography, editing and delivery. This worksheet combines the value you assign to your time with your direct expenses and a profit amount you choose. It produces a cost-based quote, not a claim about what customers will pay.
Yes. Enter the minutes needed for that request and any supplies or other direct costs. Change the photo count to match the deliverables. For a more involved brief, revise those inputs before sending a quote rather than reusing a price from a simpler set.
A percentage fee is deducted from the selling price. To leave your chosen amount after that fee, the tool divides your time value, expenses and additional profit by one minus the fee rate. For example, retaining $18 with a 10% fee requires a $20 selling price. The fee field is your assumption; it does not state FeetClub’s current fees.
Time value is the amount you allocate to your work, calculated as minutes divided by 60 multiplied by your hourly value. Extra profit is a separate amount you want above that time value and direct expenses. This distinction helps you see the components of your quote instead of treating the full selling price as profit.
No. The quote stays in this browser and does not publish a listing or update an account. You decide whether to use it, adjust it, or compare another scenario. The worksheet is available without registration; joining FeetClub is a separate step for adults aged 18 or older.
The worksheet includes only the time, direct expenses, percentage fee and additional profit you enter. It does not automatically account for fixed transaction charges, refunds, discounts, overhead or taxes. Add relevant direct costs yourself and check the terms that apply to your sales. No sales or buyer acceptance are promised.
